Arch was very very exceptional!! By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process.The amount of effort and time he put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. He was always available to provide me with the information that I needed. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the right questions I should be asking or do’s and don’ts. He would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. Also, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. And on a related note, as a first-time home buyer, I’m not sure what to expect, what’s good/bad, etc., and Arch was always so candid and provided his own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what he has learnt about me. I truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, in my opinion it is crucial to keep those around that do. It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but he was really focused on making sure I was satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, for a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Arch went above and beyond and truly made me feel like I had a good partner throughout. He explained every single detail about the house like the water leakage issues the mold and other stuffs which are crucial things to note down and also all the minute details we should look in-order to make sure the investment is worth every penny. He always had a good reason to say No to a listing with proper details and was very supportive throughout the process and we purchased our house through him and are really happy about it. If we are going to buy or sell in the future it’s definitely through Arch and Arch only because that’s the impression he has left. He is very easy to work with and is always available to reach out to. Even if he is busy he will always acknowledge the call and will call us back on the time as he promised. Thank you so much Arch for buying us our dream house. Keep up the good job !! I would rate him 15 out of 10 for his exceptional service , support and clear cut communication.

My wife and I decided to purchase a pre-construction late 2021. This was our first step into the real estate market and we were quite nervous. We decided to go with Arch, and we couldn't have been more happier. With everything that has happened since 2021, Covid and all the delays Arch was with us every step of the way. As first time home buyers we were constantly asking Arch questions and trust me we had a ton of questions. But he was very patient with us and answered our calls everytime even if it was small silly questions. Fast forward to our closing we decided to rent out the property and again had a ton of questions for Arch. Honestly he made the whole process so seamless that we didn't have to lift a finger. He would drive out few hours to show the home few times a day and we would speak daily on potential tenants. After going through a few tenants we finally decided on one where Arch was able to negotiate full rent payment upfront for the year, which took away all our stress of collecting payment every month. I recommend Arch for all your real estate needs, with all his experience, patience and persistence you can't find anyone else.
